What is a Third Party Administrator?

A third party administrator concentrates on running benefit plans so employers can concentrate on running their business! We design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs. Benveo carefully selects provider networks and ancillary service providers for each plan. We process claims, publish plan documents, create and distribute plan ID cards, and handle customer service for plan members. We also ensure benefit plans are compliant with federal regulations. Our clients are provided with relevant benefit information and reports on plan utilization, claims, and performance to help identify cost drivers, manage costs, and meet goals.

Mark Lewandowski, Ph.D., CM&AA, is the President of Benveo. After finishing his Ph.D. in Creativity and Innovation, Mark applied that knowledge to systems and workflow processes in healthcare. Mark served as President of Provider Medical Pharmaceutical, Senior Vice President of National Medical Health Card, Inc..

Mark is actively trying to change the healthcare landscape through innovations in true healthcare transparency, customer facing care solutions, and cost-effective approaches to healthcare benefit offerings. Mark has post-doctoral academic training at Loyola of Chicago and Stanford University and serves on the board of a number of non-profit organizations in his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Benveo is a break away from traditional models of insurance.
PBA West still manages large employer-sponsored healthcare through our partner in Chicago. Our Tulsa office focuses on the unique needs of the small to midsize employee group who would benefit from a modern custom approach to healthcare plan offerings or an association health plan.
